Arctic
After yesterday's day surprises us today a sunny day without clouds and almost no wind. Breakfast, we loaded the car and climbed into the Snaefelljökull but the track appears to be the F570 and F roads (mountain) we have excluded the insurance for 2WD cars allowed only for 4WD (SUVs) so we little walk walk to the cave where we admired the glacier Songhellir with binoculars.

After the walk we headed for the capital, Reykjavik, to take possession of the apartment we've rented for the next 4 days. We get a mother and grandmother of the owner (a boy of 29 who is on vacation). The apartment is well and best of all very well located. Located in a quiet residential area (a mere 5 meters in front of the door we have the U.S. embassy) and just 5 minutes walk around the heart (Laugavegur Street Area). We have completed the return to Iceland in the opposite direction clockwise, after traveling 2,164 km, and having visited the 4 corners leaving for another occasion most inhospitable and inaccessible interior which can only be reached by plane, helicopter or 4x4 vehicle. Starting today and based on Reykjavík's apartment, we will move through the area of \u200b\u200bGolden Circle (Pingvellir, Geysir, Gullfoss), go to the Blue Lagoon and visit to the Icelandic capital fund.

English time (10 pm) and the bull catches us as most of the sites begin to dinner at six in the evening and the kitchens are closed. Tapas barinn just in a bar trying to imitate the English style but with some peculiarity, which is the only bar / restaurant in Reykjavík in the late weeks keeps the kitchen open until one o'clock. Tapas barinn trivia to ruin his style, "English": the owner is Portuguese, the cooks are from Argentina, waitresses Icelandic, Latin music (merengue and salsa), the water seemed to drain the pool of dark, thick and between caps could taste typical English dishes such as those who asked me: puffin (Puffin) and whale. To highlight the friendliness of a waitress who tried to practice with us their English lessons, and I looked like I was excited to try to speak in our language.

At dinner we headed out to the street Laugavegur to start enjoying the "runtur." Although it seems incredible people who come from New York or London to Reykjavík to spend the holiday weekend. (In one of the bars we saw the typical black American fat rich guy walking around the floor dancing with a bottle of Moet Chandon in hand).

Second, the Vegamót. We had to do a little line to get us to dance and within at most four songs. Very hot, trance, hip hop and Funkie. My feet fell to the fart girl had or could not get up.

Before returning home we chatted with a small group with whom we did some photos and tried to teach us how to pronounce the name of the volcano Eyjafjallajökull. It's amazing how it should be noted that we were not here because people coming to greet us and asked where we were and we did in Iceland. Interestingly when we told them we were on "holidays" flip as if to say "but have come to this shitty holiday country why?" ironically they could answer "is just to see volcanos, huge waterfalls, glaciers, pure nature, and a thousand etc ...."

Walking only 5 minutes we were back in our apartment and sleep. Ah and say ........ "The winner is .......... ANGELS"
Note: Oddly that is the day the photos were taken at four in the morning. Thanks to Silvia for the photos for this entry.
